Sea Star Software, located in Altamonte Springs, Florida was founded in 2008 by Michelle Palmer, a seasoned veteran in the Project Management, Software Engineering, and Geographic Information System industries. Taking the knowledge gained in her 20 years of industry and consulting experience, Ms. Palmer formed Sea Star Software whose goal is to provide IT consulting services and software solutions that solve business problems.
